•  Develops and maintains a strategic, comprehensive and holistic architectural governance, compliance and IT security framework;
•  Develops and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines (based on ITIL Framework) for the Enterprise Architecture and IT Security;
• Supports Audits and Certifications  (e.g. TISAX); 
• Acting as main point of contact for IT-Security concerns;
• Deliver architectural initiatives that drive revenue and improve efficiencies that are in line with business strategies;
• Work with senior business & technology leaders to understand and shape and support future strategic business goals;
• Identifies key interactions and dependencies across separate systems and platforms;
• Develops high level IT architectural guardrails that align the organizations IT standards to improve efficiency and productivity;
• Possesses a strong technical understanding of state-of-the art solutions, IT Industry best practices and Methodologies pertaining to IT-Security, -Network, -Server etc.
• Performs technical planning, documentation, architectural development, and modification to specifications;
• Develops Architectural Specifications for e.g. Interface Management, New IT products/services, Applications (ERP, non-ERP), and service offerings;
• Assesses the compatibility and integration of products proposed as standards to ensure an integrated and standardized architecture across the company;
• Develops working relationships with internal and external business partners for a comprehensive technology roadmap and future state vision (e.g. Zero Trust);
• Anticipate future trends and technologies and develop the necessary architectures to bring Business to the next level.

 

Your profile as IT Enterprise Architect:

 

• Master’s degree in Information Technology;
• Good English language competency – both verbal and written;
• Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience with ITIL Framework, IT Security, IT Architectural implementation projects, and cross-function collaboration, incl. project management skills, not limited to Agile methods;
• Ability to travel internationally;
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders;
• Experience with organizational and institutional policies, plans and standards;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
