Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Position Title: FINANCIAL ANALYST (HYBRID) - Charlotte, NC 

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Other Forms of Compensation: yearly bonus

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Create, analyze, and prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting to ensure adherence to budget and forecast, supporting effective decision-making.
• Assist in the development of multi-division budgets and forecast models.
• Support the monthly close process, including multi-unit ledger reviews, preparation of journal entries, and flash reporting.
• Manage monthly invoicing, monitor and follow up on accounts receivables, and complete sector-specific vendor maintenance tasks.
• Review balance sheets and asset listings for accuracy while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, implement, and optimize process automation.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI a plus
• Familiarity with SAP, Hyperion/Essbase, PowerPoint and Looker preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective business partnerships across all levels of the organization
• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
