The Facilities Maintenance Tech performs routine cleaning, general labor maintenance, grounds maintenance, and general facilities upkeep.

What You Will Do 

• Inspect and clean facilities and grounds.

• Maintain supplies in supply room.

• Perform limited preventative maintenance work.

• Collect waste and dispose of waste appropriately. 

• Appropriately handle recyclable materials as part of the waste disposal program.

• Perform lawn upkeep services, such as mowing or weeding.

• Perform general labor work orders, requested by internal customers such as responding to questions, cleaning, or moving furniture.

What You Will Bring 

• Education: Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.  

• Experience: 2-3 year sin similar role.

• Customer Service Orientation: Committed to providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to deal with change and adapt to a changing environment.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and focus on avoiding errors.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $18 - $21 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
