With passion and diligence, our Beverage Procurement Team accounts for the procurement of a huge variety of materials and services required to give life to our can. As part of this team, the “Strategic Procurement Manager Infrastructure” is responsible to strategically manage and optimize our international supplier portfolio for all technical equipment needed at our production sites globally.
Job Description
STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT
In this role you’ll develop and implement procurement strategies in the area of technical equipment to ensure our standard of cost, time and quality. To identify areas for improvement and savings, you’ll also perform market research for technical products and monitor and analyse trends.
SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
In this role you’ll drive the implementation of our standard supplier management framework by identifying, qualifying, and developing potential suppliers based on the need of our production sites. You’ll use your expertise to identify opportunities to harmonize and optimize our supplier portfolio. To establish a secure supply chain, you’ll also develop and execute supplier strategies, which includes negotiating supplier contracts, measuring supplier performance, ensuring supplier due diligence and engagement in risk management.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
In addition, you’ll establish and maintain regular communications with the relevant business unit stakeholders regarding pertinent sourcing activities.

In this role you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead strategic procurement initiatives, improve internal procurement processes and to make a tangible impact on the company's production set-up and supply chain globally. You’ll also have the chance to work within a global team and internal clients across the whole supply chain of Red Bull’s beverage business.
Qualifications
University degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Alternatively, you bring a technical education (e. g. HTL) with proven experience in the field
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the area of technical Procurement
Strong technical understanding
Ideally experience in the FMCG or a related industry with understanding of corresponding supply chain processes
Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of contracts
Experience in project and process management
Attention to detail and ability to make decisions under pressure. High level of personal energy and drive
Strong analytical mind. Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills, SAP desirable
English fluent, German very good skills required
Additional Information
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.805,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
