The Springs at Monarch Landing is recruiting for a hospitality-focused Guest Relations Specialist. This role is responsible for coordinating guest hospitality services for our residents of the Springs. This position is a key role in creating a positive environment for the residents and their families. 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of our Guest Relations Specialist:

• Welcomes and consistently checks in with all new guests/residents and family members. Provides orientation regarding services and amenities. 
• Communicates feedback received from residents and their families to the appropriate Interdisciplinary Team members. 
• Assists with tours. 
• Coordinates guest hospitality services for residents. 
• Responsible for room moves within the community.
