Veterinarian, Urgent Care and Wellness Full Time  Smith Veterinary Hospital  About You This is a fantastic opportunity for a general practice veterinarian eager to tackle more complex cases, or an emergency veterinarian seeking a more predictable schedule and manageable workload. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients, clients, and colleagues! From delivering reliable walk-in, outpatient care for pets with non-life-threatening conditions that still need to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible.  Experience & Skills Requirements 
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.

  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.

  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Our hospital offers a walk in service and has an established client base. We pride ourselves on teamwork and collaboration. The Urgent Care department has been designed to meet a key need in our community and hospital. We aim to provide efficient, compassionate care to patients with non-critical conditions so that they receive great care without the wait!
