We’re not looking for just any salesperson. We need experienced in-home sales reps who know how to close — specifically those who have sold 1-day bath or wet area remodels in the past and are ready to hit the ground running.What You’ll Do:

• Run in-home sales appointments with pre-set, confirmed homeowners (all leads provided)
• Use a company iPad and proprietary software to present, design, and sell 1-day bath remodeling solutions
• Close deals on the spot, delivering pricing and moving homeowners to contract
• Attend weekly sales training and team meetings to stay sharp and informed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience in the bath remodeling industry
• Proven track record of closing high-ticket, one-call close deals
• Familiarity with 1-day bath remodeling (tub-to-shower conversions, walk-in tubs, etc.)
• Professional, confident, and engaging presentation style
• Highly motivated and goal-driven – thrives in a commission-based environment
• Reliable transportation and local to the Southeast Michigan area
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad for presentations and paperwork
