For more information, please visit <a href="http://www.vantiva.com/"><strong>www.vantiva.com</strong></a> and follow us on social media.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The Head of Global IT Infrastructure &amp; Operations is responsible for providing enterprise, strategic direction for the IT infrastructure function to include data center, network, telecom, desktop, server administration, Service Desk, Site Support, Security Operations Center and other traditional IT infrastructure components across the entire organization and for all regions (Americas, Asia and EMEA). This individual will be an inspirational leader with solid technical infrastructure experience, strong project management acumen, excellent vendor management skills and best-in class service approach to infrastructure operations. He/Her will also serve as the Company’s senior IT Security professional and requires a strong working knowledge of leading IT Security frameworks.</p><p> </p><p>As a member of the IT senior leadership team, the role will contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise wide IT strategy. This position will report to the CIO.</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li><ul><li>Lead the development of infrastructure strategy, architecture, service delivery standards and procedures for the enterprise.</li><li>Monitor technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported and aligned with industry standards.</li><li>Establish metrics, key performance indicators and service level agreements for driving the performance of IT service delivery.</li><li>Oversees the effective delivery of IT Infrastructure Operations and production support, servers, storage and database administration, network operations, Data Center, PC/desktop, Service Desk, Identity Access Management, systems Back up management, IT site support, Disaster Recovery and IT Security Operations (SOC).</li><li>Responsible for service delivery management of databases, servers, networks, storage, Enterprise Microsoft Office Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and other technology platforms shared across the enterprise.</li><li>Design, implement and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.</li><li>Identify and implement best practices for optimizing infrastructure and operations costs, improving system performance and ensuring service-level requirements are met.</li><li>Lead IT asset management team to ensure that assets achieve their full lifetime cycle value.</li><li>Understand the interactions between systems, applications and services within the environment and evaluate the impact of changes or upgrades.</li><li>Proactively research and recommend courses of action to prevent problems and to maintain high infrastructure service levels for the end-users.</li><li>Develop and manage strategic vendor and partnership relationships; negotiating contracts as needed.</li><li>Manage the budget for the Global IT Infrastructure and IT Security function, including monitoring and reporting of deviations and discrepancies.</li><li>Serve as IT lead, partnering with Risk Management where appropriate to develop, oversee and manage the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity approach for the Company</li><li>Develop, implement and monitor in liaise with other departments a comprehensive IT Security program to ensure appropriate levels of confidentiality, integrity, availability, safety and recovery of information assets owned, controlled and/or managed by the organization</li><li>Maintain a governance program that ensures relevant Information Security controls are adequately maintained and reported on.</li><li>Research and maintain technical proficiency in security tools, techniques, countermeasures, and basic trends in computer and network threats and exploits.</li><li>Implement processes and procedures to meet compliance requirements such as CCPA, GDPR and ISO9001/ISO27001</li><li>En
