Responsibilities

- 5 years food service leadership experience required, contract food service preferred
- Bachelor's degree with a focus in instructional design, educational technology, organization design, talent management, organizational psychology, human resources or related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree. Strong organizational and leadership skills and the ability to work in agile and iterative way in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually, develop strategies and drive execution to achieve quantifiable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to flex to various audiences
- Ability to partner with and influence all levels of management and employees
- Self-starter with strong analytical, project management and change management skills
- Skilled at prioritizing and working under time constraints, handling multiple tasks, and working independently while remaining flexible to changing priorities and assignments.
- Passion for a "roll up your sleeves" and design/contribute environment while managing through ambiguity
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills; lead by example; enjoy working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Position offices out of Minnetonka, Minnesota
- Travel (25% of the role) throughout the Minnesota region required (includes Minnesota, Iowa, South Dakota, Colorado, Nebraska, Arizona, and South Carolina)
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
