As the Project Management Analyst, under the general supervision of the Maximus Project Manager you will be responsible for coordination, assessment, research analysis, maintenance, and auditing of key compliance matters.
Available to work remotely in a virtual team and office environment and travel to client locations in California as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support leadership in ensuring that the project is delivered to specifications, on time and within budget.
- Develop initiative strategies for provider capacity building such as evaluating business models, creating training, recruitment, events participation, outreach approach, and support activities.
- Work closely with management and work groups to create and maintain work plan documents.
- Track the status and due dates of projects.
- Manage relationships with project staff responsible for projects.
- Produce regular weekly and monthly status reports, work plan status, target dates, budget, resource capacity and other, as well as, ad hoc reports as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers on various initiatives and projects to track progress and provide support as necessary.
- Create and maintain management plans and other deliverables.
- Facilitate regular meetings and reviews.
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend employees' needs and development opportunities to leadership.
- Adhere to contract requirements and comply with all corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Develop solutions to highly complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.
- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
- Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
- Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards requiring a high level of interpersonal and technical skills.
- Develop new applications based on professional principles and theories.
- Viewed as expert in field within the organization.
Education and Experience Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the review and audit of project artifacts, contract including coordination, verification and writing revisions of deliverables and reports deliverables
- Conduct and assists in conducting risk assessments of process and procedures across various contracts and vendors to determine areas of exposure; recommends mitigation plans as needed
- Conducts research and analysis on contractual and regulatory requirements with respect to department and stakeholders
- Ensures documentation complies with software development standards, policies, and procedures or best practices.
- Conducts assessments and evaluations through analysis and interpretation of objective and subjective evidence to verify compliance with standards and applicable to project plans. Reports findings; and escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate level.
- Researches alternative solutions to problems determines proper approaches and makes verbal and/or written recommendations to appropriate parties.
- Gathers, uses, and independently analyzes project metrics and produces reports
- Coordinates or manages implementation of internal and external corrective action plans, monitoring progress and completion, coordinating interviews and document gathering; escalates as required
- Provides guidance to internal and external project stakeholders to ensure understanding compliance with regulatory, contractual, and accrediting requirements and organization policies and procedures
- Evaluates compliance with financial reporting and reports findings
- Participate in the development of required project deliverables to include weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as well as reports required by federal funding partners in compliance with contract requirements
- Work collaboratively with project staff

Required Qualifications:
- Be available to work remotely in a virtual team and office environment and travel to client locations in California as needed.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience performing oversight functions in a lead role on a large project
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience performing vendor
