Our Assistant Center Director will be expected to work all of our open hours each week, as you'll be an integral part of our day-to-day operations. Summer hours (June 9-August 31) are Monday & Wednesday, 3-7pm, Tuesday & Thursdays 10am-12pm and 2-6pm, and Fridays 10am-12pm. School year hours are 2-7pm Monday-Thursday and 9:30am-2pm Saturdays (school year). With that being said, we are flexible whenever you need to take time off. This role can be perfect for a college student or someone looking to get back into the workforce.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
• Manage students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
• Assist the Center Director with administrative tasks each day, including the upkeep and creation of student learning plans
• Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
• Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress
• Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
• Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
• Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
• Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment 

Qualifications: 

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and be trained
• Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
• Basic math competency 
• Proficiency in computer skills

All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate basic math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.  Compensation: $17.00 per hour
