Job Description

About the role:

As a Staff Accountant for KabaFusion, you will work closely with the Accounts Payable team to provide accurate reporting and generate financial reports. Additionally, you will run bank reports, monitor bank deposit information, and reconcile the daily banking report. If you like numbers, and I am guessing you do if you are reading this, this is the job for you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process manual payroll
• Work within the general ledger, assigning codes, preparing journal entries, and reconcile the ledger
• Prepare Sales and Use Tax returns
• Create and maintain new vendor tracking sheet

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting or finance
• Experience with MAS 90 or MAS 200 (Sage 100) or other accounting software
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare related industry
