As a Global Clinical Evidence Director, Digital Dentistry, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Leading clinical advisory capabilities within the Scientific Evidence team, ensuring evidence-based standards, clinical guidance, advocacy, and education principles are integrated across digital dentistry procedures and education strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading clinical advisory strategy and integrating external expert input into evidence planning, product development, education, and procedure strategy.
- Translating evidence, HCP insights, and clinical trends into standards, protocols, and guidance.
- Partnering with KOLs, academic experts, and regional teams to strengthen advocacy and Solventum’s clinical voice.
- Supporting commercialization, scientific storytelling, clinical education standards, and measurable learning effectiveness.
- Ensuring SEE activities align to strategic priorities and comply with regulatory, ethical, and internal requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Licensed US Dentist with significant experience in digital techniques in dentistry.
- Expertise in evidence appraisal, research methodology, and translating findings into education.
- Leadership experience in evidence-based initiatives, cross-functional teams, advisory boards, and HCP engagement.

- Remote
Travel: May include up to 30% domestic and international travel

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $211,600 - $290,950, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
