You may be ready to join us.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to work with IT Delivery and Business Stakeholders to define requirements, create user stories, and support the delivery of digital solutions in a manufacturing environment. The role involves requirements analysis, documentation, and collaboration within an Agile team.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.</p></li><li><p>Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases.</p></li><li><p>Support backlog prioritization and ensure clarity of requirements.</p></li><li><p>Validate delivered solutions with Product Owner and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Work in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous delivery and iterative improvement.</p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p> </p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.</p></li><li><p>5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; fluent in English.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio.</p></li><li><p>Nice to have: Supply chain or logistics knowledge, ERP experience (Oracle EBS, SAP), PL/SQL or EDI familiarity.</p></li></ul>
