Responsibilities

• Communicate with the IT team to identify business requirements
• Work closely with developers and support personnel to manage and troubleshoot applications
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and specifications
• Develop and execute test plans and documentation
• Collaborate with end-users to identify application improvements and enhancements
• Provide guidance on software best practices and processes
• Define business processes and workflows for specific applications

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in information technology
• Strong technical understanding of Dell Boomi
• Experience with designing, analyzing and documenting processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Willingness to work onsite in Boise, ID two times per month
