Job Summary:
The Implementation Senior Consultant is responsible for assisting the implementation and execution of sales initiatives and product, pricing, and underwriting changes. With support and direction, the Implementation Consultant will work collaboratively with others to support go-to-market initiatives that drives profit and growth targets for an assigned state/region or line(s) of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinates the delivery of enterprise go-to-market initiatives that support district growth goals
• Support agency adoption and actively participate in agency and sales leader meetings (e.g., Advisory Board sessions, town halls, sales leadership meetings, virtual consultations or daily interactions) to ensure field adoption
• Solicits feedback, best practices, testimonial from agencies/producers to share with zone and home office partners
• Contributes to the delivery of end-to-end process that support new enterprise programs, products, processes or product feature changes to drive utilization and adoption by agency owners
• Organize and coordinate education process for product, price and risk management with stakeholders (FSLs, agents/producers)
• Participate in the delivery of education for product, price and risk management with stakeholders (FSLs, agents/producers)
• Assist with the creation of delivery plans and support the execution of local district and Home Office Product and Pricing strategies
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.Education and Experience:
• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Functional Skills:
• Advanced written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate specialized terms and data
• Advanced knowledge of product, price, risk management and insurance regulation knowledge, with working knowledge of lines, rate plans and product offerings
• Working knowledge of current industry standards/environment
• Strong collaboration and relationship skills
• Ability to plan, implement, manage, and/or sponsor projects of medium complexity and/or medium scale key initiatives using accepted project management standards
