Clinical Solutions Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide managed services clinical help to customers throughout the program lifecycle, including annual clinical solution assessments, end user education sessions, solution expansion design workshops, workflow insights and mapping, and clinical consultation.
- Oversee clinical product education and consultation both internally and externally during presales and managed engagement cycles
- Consulting on solutions, clinical workflow design and testing, as well as providing guidance and clinical best practices to the customers.
- Create clinical end user and training materials to ensure Imprivata managed services customers are maximizing their use of the products.
- Contributes to the creation and maintenance of process related methodologies, training, and documentation and help identify clinical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate customer’s workflows to identify areas of improvement using Imprivata configuration or training improvements or additional Imprivata products.
- Partner cross-functionally to communication product opportunities for improvement using direct customer feedback – as voice of the managed services customer.
- Travel up to 75%
- Other duties as assigned and required.
Qualifications:
- Nursing degree is preferred, but equivalent clinical operations experience, degree, or certificate is also acceptable.
- Prior or current clinical or clinical informatics experience and expertise in clinical workflows in major acute care hospital settings.
- Ability to translate clinical workflow terminology and processes into laymen’s terms for those with non-clinical backgrounds.
- Experiences will include interfacing with both IT and clinical leadership and staff.
- Exemplary communication and writing skills to document and articulate recommendations.
- Ability to network with customers, prospects, business partners, participate in cross-functional teams in a goal-directed manner.
- Familiarity with typical acute care hospital information technologies, current healthcare policy and regulations is preferable.
This position offers a salary range of $134,000.00 to $144,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
