Business Transformation - Intacct Technical Lead

As a member of CFGI’s technology transformation team, you will be collaborating with clients by creating, developing, designing, and implementing ways that will change the digital landscape forever. Our technology transformation team is helping clients define strategies, build brands, create experiences, and deliver platforms to achieve business objectives that are aligned with the clients’ business strategies. The Intacct Technical Lead will partner directly with the office of the CFO/CTO/CIO to design and define the business, operating, and technology models of the future and successfully guide the transformation needed to realize this vision. This role will be regarded as the technical subject matter expert of the Intacct practice and will lead a team of developer resources to design and deploy pragmatic best practices to address complex requirements. Roles and Responsibilities:
·       Partner with functional consultants and developer resources to oversee and execute the end-to-end design, testing, and deployment of customized solutions in Intacct using the latest development standards.·       Participate in all aspects of the application development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.·       Test and validate software fixes and upgrades.·       Manage and maintain proper change and version control.·       Configure and maintain Intacct workflows.·       Create and configure Intacct Forms and Reports.·       Build, develop, and test detailed technical designs for business solution components and prototypes.·       Collaborate with functional solution consultants and project management resources on engagements to help drive overall project success.·       Evaluate and optimize Intacct integrations.·       Integrate various technologies into Intacct with incorporated tools and applications.·       Troubleshoot issues that arise during QA review and UAT periods.·       Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and Intacct configuration.
Preferred Skills:
·       Independent solutioning of complex processes on Intacct.·       Ability to lead and direct a team of technical resources.·       Experience in the life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, and professional services industries are preferred.·       Experience working with Agile development frameworks.·       Preferred Certifications: Intacct Accounting Certified Consultant; Intacct Implementation Certified Consultant.
Qualifications and Capabilities:
·       Five plus years of hands-on Intacct development or industry experience with Intacct administration and configuration experience in complex environments.·       Five plus years of experience in ERP project management and/or ERP system administration.·       Two plus years of experience in Intacct development; modifying old scripts and workflows, as well as developing new customizations and workflows, Intacct Web Services, and complex Smart Rules.·       Experienced manager with the ability to oversee a team of developer resources.·       Strong understanding of JavaScript or Python.·       Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
