Job Description
This role will be based in either Mountain View, San Francisco, or New York.

We’re looking for a Researcher to join our team of critical thinkers and curious minds, to work with us in partnership and collaboration with product design, content design, product management, engineering, marketing, market research, and data science. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in user or design research at a high growth technology company.
- Expertise utilizing a variety of qualitative research methodologies (e.g. interviews, focus groups, co-design sessions, concept testing) to address product challenges spanning from opportunity identification, concept testing, to feature iterations.
- Expertise utilizing a variety of quantitative research methodologies (e.g. surveys, experiments, statistical analysis) and tools (e.g., SQL, R, Qualtrics) to address product challenges spanning from opportunity identification, user-centered investigations, to feature iterations.
- A proven track record of gaining buy-in from executive stakeholders and cross disciplinary partners, transcending mere research mechanics and findings to articulate a larger user story, and the “so what” to drive impact.
- Ability to independently create and execute research roadmaps for large-scale, complex projects with high levels of ambiguity or complexity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Consistent experience of amplifying and maturing UX practices through advocacy and thought leadership across an organization, industry, or academic discipline.
- Deep understanding of common and emerging research methods, with the ability to create multi-method research plans backed by solid rationale.
- Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Factors, Anthropology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, a related field – or equivalent experience.

The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factor
