You Are:
The ServiceNow Administrator will work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. Validates the configuration of business data and supports the technical team for any required custom development. Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.
The work:
- Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
- Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
- Ensure ServiceNow runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
- Mentor colleagues and take on more responsibility
Job Qualifications
- 2-4 years of ServiceNow Systems Administration experience
- US Citizenship

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $90,700-$169,500
Colorado: $90,700-$169,700
New York: $83,900-$196,500
Washington State: $96,600-$180,700
