Job Description

CMDSS is looking for a talented and experienced SME UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll be a passionate advocate for user-centric design, translating complex concepts into intuitive and engaging interfaces. 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and translate them into high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Develop reusable UI components and front-end code using modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js, adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot UI bugs and ensure code quality through unit and integration testing.
• Stay abreast of the latest UI/UX trends and technologies, actively contributing to knowledge sharing and best practice implementation within the team.
• Document code and design decisions for future reference and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Secret Clearance
• 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a focus on UI/UX development.
• Proven understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for user-centric design and a strong desire to create delightful and intuitive experiences.
