Then we want to hear from you! </b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Region NCE &gt; SBU NCE Service &gt;Supply Chain, Repair &amp; Tools</b><br/> North &amp; Central Europe is Vestas' largest region globally and within our Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization we are looking for a capable and motivated Specialist (Manager) to optimize and oversee the tools function in North and Central Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools for Northern and Central Europe you will define and operate the function ensuring that tools used in construction and service is present and operationally ready across all locations in the region. Furthermore, in this Manager level position you will become a part of the Northern and Central European Service Supply Chain and Tools Management Group and work in a team of highly skilled and motivated business leaders on manager, senior manager and director level.<br/>  <br/> <b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Identifying, analyzing, planning, and implementing initiatives to lower cost and/or increase performance and safety</li> <li>Defining processes and optimization activities for the tools function</li> <li>Provide North and Central European relevant requirements to the global tools function</li> <li>Assess and evaluate global tools initiatives in North and Central Europe</li> <li>Represent North and Central Europe in the Global Tools forum<br/>  </li> </ul> <p><b>Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>A bachelors or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field</li> <li>3 years of relevant work experience</li> <li>A pragmatic, structured, and fact-based approach to your work</li> <li>The ability to identify improvement areas and manage continuous improvement initiatives</li> <li>Experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level</li> <li>English language skills at negotiation level</li> </ul> <p> <br/> <b>Competencies</b></p> <ul> <li>Is structured, pragmatic and is ready to handle all tasks</li> <li>Exhibits a constructive and positive response to challenges</li> <li>Is creative and practical, with advanced stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Can oversee, organize, structure, and deliver on strategic and complex optimization projects</li> <li>Balances quality and deadlines, prioritizes workloads and adapts to changing scenarios</li> <li>Communicates clearly and factually to colleagues and management<br/>  </li> </ul> <p><b>What we offer</b><br/> We offer a collaborative and informal work culture, where teamwork is key.
