Description of Task to be Performed:The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus is to help the organization technically transform is current services by leading edge technology insertions. To accomplish this, we are charges with development of new designs, its implementation, and operation of the new and or enhanced services. Over the life of the contract, we will drive continual service improvement by tech modernization, for our (LANs), wide area networks (WAN), unified communication (UC), Video telecommunication and Streaming services.
What You’ll Get to Do:CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Network Engineer you will provide leadership and expert network design, analysis, research, and operation support to operate and enhance our enterprise. The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.
Work will be performed on-site; no teleworking or hybrid work available

• High School/GED + 9 Yrs
• Associates + 7 Yrs
• Bachelors +5 Yrs
• Masters + 3 Yrs
• PhD +1 Yrs
• More About the Role:
• In this role the Sr. VoIP DVTC Engineer will be responsible for:
• Being the go-to person in the UC and VTC team to solve complex operational issues.
• Providing support, analysis, research, and advice into exceptionally complex voice/video/data problems and related performance issues.
• May lead subsets of team members on solving specific problems/challenges.
• Perform specialized and technical tasks associated with the most current and cutting-edge technologies.
• Evaluates requirements and help develops solutions that address both operation and future requirements sets.
• Document data flows by diagrams network topologies, interconnections, firewalls, and security gateways.
• Develops and documents rack elevations, power requirements for component deployment and use.
• Collaborates with LAN/WAN teams on bandwidth requirements, utilization, and performance needs.
• Works with technical writers to create comprehensive design and configuration documentation, installation procedures, operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.
• Works with testers to evaluate test criteria and expected outcomes, create and automate test cases, test data, test scripts, and exercise unit tests on lab hardware and software.
• Works with technical writers to evaluate OEM training materials and develop customer- or site-specific supplements to vendor materials.
• Managing projects and develop new operational processes.
• Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
• Work with the ECS3 team and influences others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures.
• You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
• IAT II, CUCM Manager Course
• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly
• Security+ certification
• Strong background in general networking troubleshooting (vLANs, QoS, and Routing)
• Background in Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, and Communications and Network Systems Management
• Seasoned technical individual contributor
• Works independently with limited supervision
