Sr Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and support strategic hiring initiatives. The Senior Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Mentor junior recruiters or recruiting coordinators as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems Experience in Day Force a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing External Vendors.
