Medior/Senior Solution Architect

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Medior/Senior Solution Architect to join our dynamic team of consultants. This role involves working closely with our clients in the insurance sector, specifically within the Property & Casualty (P&C) retail insurance domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and transforming business needs into effective IT solutions, adhering to the highest standards of architecture governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Needs Analysis: Capture and analyze the business requirements of our clients internal teams within the P&C retail insurance domain.
• Environmental Assessment: Understand the constraints and opportunities presented by the existing ecosystem to design appropriate solutions.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation of the solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
• Architecture Governance: Apply and enforce the architectural governance standards of the client.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure that the proposed solutions are well-understood and accepted by all relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English is required. You should be able to understand French and write and present documents in English.
• Education & Experience: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years in the IT sector, including 3-6 years in IT solution design for complex projects.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience as an architect in recent years, with a focus on cloud technologies and the ability to define and analyze user requirements.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and write advanced documents. You should be flexible, proactive, structured, and quality-oriented.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong emphasis on teamwork, leveraging the collective knowledge of your peers to deliver optimal solutions.
