You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to implement modern web interfaces, ensuring excellent user experience (UX) and accessibility.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>UI Development: Build and maintain high-quality front-end components using React, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN-UI.</li> <li>Performance Optimization: Ensure smooth rendering and fast load times using Vite, Webpack, and best performance practices.</li> <li>Component Library &amp; Design System: Contribute to and maintain a scalable, reusable component system to maintain consistency across applications.</li> <li>Collaboration: Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to translate Figma designs into fully functional components.</li> <li>Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with strong TypeScript typing, unit testing, and linting rules.</li> <li>Accessibility &amp; UX: Ensure compliance with WCAG standards to provide a seamless experience for all users.</li> <li>State Management: Utilize modern state management solutions (TanStack Query + React Context API, for example) where necessary.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with front-end best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve UI performance and usability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Tech Stack:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Node.js, Typescript, React, Redux + Saga, Jest.</li> <li>PostgreSQL.</li> <li>Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, AWS.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience: 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.</li> <li>Proficiency in React Ecosystem: Strong understanding of React hooks, component lifecycles, and functional programming.</li> <li>Styling &amp; Theming: Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules, or Styled Components.</li> <li>Build Tools: Experience with Vite, Webpack, and bundler optimizations.</li> <li>Component Libraries: Familiarity with ShadCN-UI, Radix UI, or similar headless UI component libraries.</li> <li>Testing: Knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwrite for front-end unit and integration testing.</li> <li>Version Control &amp; CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team and clearly communicate technical concepts.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working with REST APIs.</li> <li>Familiarity with Monorepos.</li> <li>Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR).</li> <li>Experience with WebSockets.</li> </ul> <p><span><strong>Benefits:</strong><br/><br/>Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and un
