Position Summary
OI Infusion partners with physicians and healthcare groups to provide comprehensive infusion therapy services in their offices. We help our partners treat their patients in a comfortable, convenient, and affordable setting.
The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the interview process, as well as working closely with hiring managers to meet the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for a wide range of roles across sales, finance, revenue cycle, operations, and other corporate functions within the healthcare industry, and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, making offers, and transitioning to onboarding.
- Sourcing Talent: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. Utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with OI Infusion. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding: Promote OI Infusion as an employer of choice by creating a positive candidate experience and engaging with potential candidates through various channels.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and various sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
