ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, Global Instructor Integrations & Events leads the planning and execution of high-impact Peloton events that elevate our instructors and deepen member connection globally. This role manages Tier 1 and Tier 2 event delivery end-to-end—from strategy alignment and operational planning to on-site leadership and post-event reporting. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and consistently delivers exceptional experiences for instructors, creators, partners, and members.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of global events, including timelines, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and Splash management
- Drive cross-functional alignment and lead pre-production meetings to ensure clarity across internal and external partners
- Provide on-site leadership including guest experience oversight, FOH coordination, troubleshooting, and attendee support, etc.
- Manage CreatorIQ campaigns to support creator, instructor, and brand amplification; track performance and translate insights into dashboards and recap materials
- Own instructor travel coordination, approvals, and logistics for event participation
- Deliver best-in-class service to instructors, creators, talent teams, partners, and members
- Maintain and optimize operational tools including templates, trackers, event workbooks, creative briefs, and budget documents
- Manage invoices and event budget, and track vendor/instructor expenses for accuracy
- Develop and evolve event workflows, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency
- Identify operational gaps and lead process improvements that enhance clarity, speed, and experience
- Research and evaluate potential events, partnerships, conferences, and community opportunities aligned to Global Instructor Integrations & Events priorities
- Support pitch development with audience insights, venue research, strategic inputs, and event evaluation frameworks
- Track and analyze event performance including impressions, engagement, leads, and NPS; transform insights into actionable executive recaps
- Create pre-event executive summaries and post-event reports highlighting impact, learnings, and recommended optimizations
- Serve as a key communication hub across partner teams including Press, Creator, Social, Security, Legal, and Production
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 5+ years experience in event operations, experiential marketing, or complex project management
- Proven success managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders
- Strong expertise in timeline management, logistics execution, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, presentation development, and process organization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm, resourceful, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Data-driven approach with experience tracking event performance and translating insights into action
- Willingness to travel 20% and work flexible hours to support major events

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes.
