The pay range is $131,000.00 - $236,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role within Owned Brand Innovation & Circular Business Development means helping Target Owned Brands innovate beyond the core businesses and create a more sustainable and regenerative future with our guests, partners and communities. You will be part of a team of hybrid thinkers, actively leveraging each other’s skills and knowledge, with a bias for learning and driving impact. From exploration to activation, you will accelerate and prove new concepts that differentiate the guest experience, advance our circular ambitions, and deliver innovation through our Owned Brand operating model. Whether exploring new opportunity areas,building new business models designed to meet guest needs, engaging startups to accelerate progress or commercializing solutions which drive growth, you will ensure success by rapidly applying your expertise and fostering an entrepreneurial culture while leveraging the benefit of a large organization’s knowledge and resources.  

As Director, Innovation & Circular Business Development, you will set the vision for and lead a portfolio of prioritized circular concepts in development. Leveraging enterprise partnerships and industry knowledge and experience, you will guide cross functional teams in identifying the best ways to build, partner, test and scale to deliver on Owned Brand growth and Target Forward goals.
