Job Description: The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide quality patient care to your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your Supervisor. Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):- Provide excellent patient care to residents
- Assist residents with daily routines such as personal hygiene, bath functions, taking vitals, meals, bed change, etc.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure safety of residents
- Lifting or transporting into and out of beds, wheelchairs, showers, chairs, etc.
- Report and update records on resident’s conditions
- Follow instructions from the Charge Nurse/ Supervisor
- Current CA Licensed Certified Nursing assistant with certification only! (Must posses passing written and skills test scores)
- No prior experience as a CNA in a hospital or nursing care facility
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent customer service and the desire to be part of a dynamic team
