Senior HR Specialist

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist to join the growing HR team.

The main responsibilities of the role will involve:

• Acting as a first point of contact for both key stakeholders and colleagues regarding HR related activities or people matters,
• Implementing the company HR policies through employment layers,
• Processing annual leave entitlement for all employees and handling attendance records,
• Addressing performance or disciplinary issues that may arise and provide support to the managers handling them,
• Ensure compliance with the labor legislations and business-related Covid issues, in alignment with the Greek Law,
• Support the recruitment processes.

Requirements

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field.
• Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields will be considered a plus.
  

Required skills:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience,
• Understanding of the human resources and business life cycle,
• Excellent computer literacy and handling of Microsoft Suite,
• Ability to follow and implement company policies and procedures,
• Familiarity with the labour law,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Greek and English).

Nice-to-have skills:

• Working experience in a fast-paced technology company.
