Brief Job Description

The Club at Mediterra, a multiple award-winning private club located in Naples, Florida has an opening for a Laundry Attendant/Housekeeper to join our dynamic team. The position is responsible for the cleanliness of all Club facilities. All duties and responsibilities of this position shall be performed at the highest standard with a focus on member satisfaction.

Requirements

Job Duties:

Golf Clubhouse:

• Dusting rooms and furniture
•  Cleaning bathrooms; cleaning and disinfecting all areas.
•  Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors; sweeping patio area and dusting patio furniture
•  Empties all wastebaskets and trash cans, disinfecting telephones.
•  Cleaning and polishing brass; washing inside and outside of windows.
• Loading, transporting, laundry and folding beach towels and linens between the Beach Club and Golf Clubhouse locations.

Beach Club:

• Cleaning locker rooms, dining room, outside pool deck, offices, employee restroom, and common areas
• Driving box truck between Beach Club and Golf Clubhouse locations. 
•  Reporting any damage, burned out light bulbs, and plumbing issues to the Facilities Director  

 The Person we are looking for will:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to work, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to push a 100-pound cart on and off lift gate of box truck.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm, depending on operational needs.
