Telesales Team Lead

<p>We are looking for an experienced and high-performing <strong>Telesales Team Lead</strong> to join our Viva Wallet team in Lisbon. The successful candidate will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This candidate will be responsible for maximizing our Telesales team (Telesales Agents, Internal Account Managers and Sales Lead Generators) potential by improving retention with existing merchants; Analyse, review trends, identify risks / opportunities and create the relevant campaigns for the 3 channels, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. </p><p><strong>Who We Are</strong></p><p>Viva Wallet is a leading European cloud-based neobank, delivering the future of payments, now.
