Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Customer Support Engineering team is seeking a dynamic and experienced Illustrated Parts Catalog Leader – Support Engineering Technical Manager (Level M) to join the team in Seal Beach, CA. This position requires the ability to travel 10-15% both domestically and internationally.

Position Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Manages employees and mid-level managers developing, implementing, integrating and supporting all aspects of the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) production from content development to publication data delivery. 

• Maintains IPC data integrity through disciplined processes and policies.

• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

• Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Integrates Information Technology core principles. 

• Leads large teams in different geographic locations and time zones with different cultures and level of understanding.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Seal Beach, CA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering or technical teams

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to completion.

• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to 10-15% of the time.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.

• Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.
