About the Role:
Manages Grow the Bank and Run the Bank project implementation following project management framework methodologies. Develops custom project plans and leads teams through project task execution. Effectively communicate with all levels of management and division president regarding project scope, deliverables, escalation, issues, and risks related to project delivery.
What You Will Do:
- Manges Grow the Bank and Run the Bank project Implementations.
- Collaborates with all levels of management including Division President, Senior Leadership, Business Stakeholders and Operations teams regarding project scope and deliverables.
- Facilitate large group project discussions with internal and external project teams.
- Develop full-scale project schedules and associated project documentation; follow established project management methodology when producing artifacts.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the risk management process; collaborate with the team to identify, assess, provide solutions and identifies mitigation plans for project issues and risks.
- Prepare appropriate project dashboards and reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Publishes Portfolio Project and Program Reporting to the Enterprise.
- Identify, track, and communicate business interdependencies across projects.
- Actively participate and recommend changes to project management practices and provide focus on continuous improvement within the project management framework.
- Build develop and grow business relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Need
- Payments experience
- PMP certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Project
- Proficient skills in facilitation
- Proficient at driving Change throughout Org
- Proficient at critical and adaptive thinking
- Proficient skills in negotiation/mediation
- Proficient at leading diverse project teams
- Proficient at understanding multiple PM and Technical Frameworks

Salary range: $72,000 – $120,000
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
