About the role

Duties May Include:

  • Design and deliver formal training curricula for new hire onboarding and ongoing staff development
  • Develop and maintain training materials including curricula, guides, processes, and procedures documentation
  • Ensure contractor personnel are adequately trained in TSD tools, troubleshooting methods, and customer service standards
  • Monitor post-training performance and provide remedial training as needed to maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate government-mandated training completion and tracking for all contractor personnel
  • Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of training practices and techniques including adult learning principles
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience designing and delivering training in any field
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or related field
  • Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and training documentation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CBP Background Investigation

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification
  • Experience with technical training for IT service desk operations
  • Knowledge of ITIL training methodologies and customer service best practices
  • Experience developing training for government contractors or cleared personnel
  • Instructional design certifications
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) training capabilities
