POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary responsibility of this position will be to lead Nestlé’s unique, rapidly growing Alternative Fulfillment channel. This subject matter expert will support the Sr. CFSC Manager in executing OMNI eCommerce strategy by overseeing day-to-day activities for retailer dropship programs, with limited oversight. As a pace setter, the individual will engage directly with customers and cross-functional/cross-OpCo teams to accelerate program onboarding/assortment expansion, drive operational performance, and deliver robust process improvement. Aggressive growth objectives will be achieved by a confident, self-starter with an E2E mindset; by assessing the holistic supply chain, quantifying losses/opportunities, and identifying future requirements via leading indicators.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Subject matter expertise – Independently manage operational complexity of dropship programs, with specialized knowledge of customer eCommerce programs, success criteria, and ability to connect job scope E2E
  • Customer relationship – Collaborate externally to foster customer relationships, build trust, and unblock strategic barriers to throughput generation
  • Influence inventory strategy - Partner with Planning, Deployment, and Operations teams, to optimize inventory management utilizing segmentation tools, velocity studies, and service-level metrics to guide decisions
  • Enable growth – Influence commercial teams with assortment selection guidance, objective benchmarking, and customer onboarding support
  • Implement process improvement – reduce firefighting with root cause analysis and O2C insight to delegate corrective actions (internal/external) to resolve master data, IT software, or inventory sync errors
  • Improve visibility and channel maturity by developing new reporting, decision support tools, and scorecarding
  • Support business case analysis, capacity needs, and measure financial impacts to ensure profitable growth
  • Identify key trends across Nestlé, sales channels, customer accounts, and industry.
  • Compete/connect externally to assess current/future needs and present relevant action items to leadership team.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years prior analytics experience
  • 4 years prior experience in eCommerce/Supply Chain/Sales/Channel or Program management
