Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Reporting & Performance Analytics team. In this role, you will support the Pharmacy Dispensing Network (PDN) team by delivering critical reporting and insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional who is passionate about using analytics to improve healthcare outcomes. 

 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with the PDN team to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions. 

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and other BI platforms. 

  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic initiatives. 

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support informed decision-making across the organization. 

  • Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and usability. 

  • Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Basic and Required Skills: 

  • Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of our hub city Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience. 

  • 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. 

  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. 

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities. 

Preferred: 

  • Master’s degree in a related field.<
