We are currently seeking a Program Manager - Lead/Delivery Manager to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

As a Program Manager you will oversee and coordinate complex, multi-project programs to ensure they align with the client's strategic goals.  You will manage resources, mitigate risks across various projects, acting as the main liaison between the consulting team and the client.   This role involves ensuring clear communication, meetings deadlines, and delivering successful outcomes, all while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring overall satisfaction with the consulting services provided.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope. 

• Defining the program's scope, setting clear objectives, and managing resources to meet goals.  

• Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery. 

• Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months). 

• Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner. 

• Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders. 

• Proactively manage risk and influence others. 

• Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted. 

• Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. 

 Basic Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects. 

• 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. 

• Ability to travel at least 25% 

Preferred Skills:   

• Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. 

• "Big 4" Management Consulting experience and/or multiple industry exposure. 

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree preferred
