Remote Work and Family Life Supervisor (Remote/Multiple Locations | Military Families)

Oversee delivery of Navy Fleet & Family Support Work and Family Life (WFL) programs across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with mission requirements.

Job Overview:

As the Remote Work and Family Life (WFL) Supervisor, you will coordinate and manage adult education and social service programs that support Sailors and their families. This role emphasizes program leadership, staff supervision, and curriculum oversight across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise delivery of WFL services across assigned regions.
• Ensure compliance with Navy standards, program objectives, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and deliver management briefings, reports, and analysis on program effectiveness.
• Support emergency preparedness and family readiness programs.
• Provide guidance and oversight to WFL Consultants and contracted staff.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field; OR six years equivalent experience.
• Licensure: Not required; emphasis on education/social services management expertise.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience managing/coordinating adult education or social service programs.
• Other: U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in military family readiness or community-based adult education programs.
• Proficiency with virtual program delivery platforms and remote team management.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

  Positions are contingent and will begin upon contract award.
