Pixabay is a fast-growing stock media company made up of a talented community of artists, producers and creators from all around the world. 

We are currently recruiting for a Community Manager to grow our community of Music Producers in Spain!
 

What you'll be doing: 

• Develop and execute a strategy to grow our music community by engaging with existing members and bringing new members to our site and make them fall in love with our community
• Engage with community members across our channels, increase participation in forum and answer technical questions
• Create educational and engaging content to attract, educate, inspire and engage our music community
• Grow our social media presence, increase post engagement & followers
• Organize and host engagement events with creators 
• Provide relevant feedback and data from the music community to the wider community team and other key stakeholders

What we're looking for you:

• You have experience as a music producer
• Deep networks in the Spanish music production community 
• Experience creating content, running in-person and virtual events, creating blogs and other unique and fun ways to build communities
• You are a compassionate community leader and an excellent communicator
• You love experimenting with new ideas, thrive in ambiguity and love big challenges
• You are flexible, strategic, tenacious and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes 
   

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience creating content for social media and communities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) 
• Experience managing large communities or Facebook groups, ideally for a global brand
• Experience running online and/or offline events
   

Selected candidates will be asked to complete a short assignment to assess their skills.
