THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Pool Food Runner at the Bellagio to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food from the restaurant to the pool deck and cabanas while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service. This includes transporting food orders efficiently, assisting with the setup and clearing of poolside tables and cabana areas, and ensuring all service items are kept clean, organized, and fully stocked. The Pool Food Runner works closely with Food Servers and kitchen staff to support seamless service operations and to ensure that exceptional guest service is consistently achieved throughout the pool area.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.8702 hourly + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

• Clean and sanitize all equipment

• Keep floors free of debris and spills

• Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the venue

• Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

• Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

• Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

• Assist with proper stock rotation

• Run food as required by the Department

• Perform other job-related duties as requested

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a busser or food runner

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant operation

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
