The Role
We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to join the dynamic marketing team at Kiavi, a leading fintech company revolutionizing financing for real estate investors. As a mission-critical member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving compelling product positioning, go-to-market strategies, market and competitive analysis, and campaigns to drive growth for Kiavi’s suite of lending products with a focus on emerging products and markets/segments. You’ll need an eye for quality and attention to detail, along with an ability to grasp and present our products’ value proposition in a way that resonates with our audience and takes Kiavi’s product marketing programs to the next level.
This role will focus on driving our products’ go-to-market (GTM) strategy, customer acquisition, and market expansion, while fostering trust and loyalty among existing customers. You’ll need to be — or become — an expert in real estate investing and financing, developing insightful content that resonates with investors. You'll design campaigns that not only drive product growth but also build trust, authority, and engagement.
Responsibilities
The Product Marketing Manager is a go-to-market leader and excellent cross-functional partner whose customer and product knowledge allow them to drive:
- Positioning and Messaging: Develop compelling positioning, differentiators, and value propositions that appeal to target audiences/buyers. This is brought to life in creative, compelling messaging that resonates with real estate investors of all maturity levels.

- Content and Campaigns: In conjunction with Content and Demand, create the content that convinces target audiences to engage with Kiavi and its suite of lending products. Support the customer journey for new and existing customers through a segmentation strategy that delivers the right message at the right time. This includes creating content at every stage of the funnel – from email campaigns to sales collateral – and everything in between.
- Metrics and Analytics: Demonstrate an ownership mindset by analyzing GTM campaign performance to optimize results and present insights to a variety of cross-functional partners. Evaluate key performance metrics and find opportunities for further optimization.
