Gravity Haus seeks an individual who is organized, eager to support, exceeds members expectations and ambitious to contribute to the organization’s Membership and Experiences & Events departments. This individual will assist in the execution of logistics and administrative support that power the company’s events and experiences and membership. The Membership & Events Coordinator will report into the Leader of the Member Success Team.

- Must be able to routinely travel event locations in Colorado.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment and still meet deadlines

- Consistently exceed support expectations for our Members with your guidance, knowledge and empathetic approach to service. You effortlessly engage, explaining step by step solutions with patience and an approach tailored to each individual customer.
- Embrace being the first point of contact for our Member and internal Team support communication channels (email, phone, SMS, social platforms, etc.)
- Work across a variety of platforms to access Member information, utilizing the information to provide exceptional service on any questions or issues related to usage.
- Organize, submit and track any Membership inquiries and work with various internal teams to resolve issues.
- Multitask across systems and applications, to analyze, isolate and resolve a variety of complex technical issues, and comfortably navigate multiple software platforms.
- Be the first point of contact on inquiries related to Membership & Events.
- Host up to 48 events per year (2-4 events per month)
- Manage Event Marketing for all member and prospective member events, including but not limited to creation & management of registration landing pages and pre & post-event email communications with members
- Creation of event posters and event marketing flyers monthly.
- Send out email communications for upcoming member events to attendees.
- Creation of member attendee lists.
- Active on slack and posting member attendee lists in events-experiences channel.
- Monitor and respond to events@ email, assisting members with cancellations, refunds, questions, etc.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or pursuit of Bachelor’s degree, in a hospitality, wellness or recreation fields
- Proficient with Google Drive. Experience with Canva, Slack and/or Hubspot is a plus.
- Passion and knowledge of the outdoor industry and background in executing culinary, recreation and wellness-based events.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to travel to various Gravity Haus locations
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
