Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Credit Fulfillment Operations, Operations Consultant Role for the Business Enablement Team, providing wholesale fulfillment and operations support for Global Wealth Investment Management, Small Business, Business Banking, Global Commercial Bank, Global Corporate and Investment Banking, and Global Markets lines of business. This role enable successful candidate to learn about services the CFO team supports. The team is responsible for delivering senior leadership materials, metric reporting, incident management, and project management. Additional Responsibilities also include:

  • Leads the design, development, and implementation of complex products, systems, and services in an operations environment using subject matter expertise

  • Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives

  • Advises as a technical expert in assigned area by providing work direction, guidance, and training to employees and business partners on new complex initiatives

  • Builds relationships with business partners across various Lines of Business

  • Manages and defines responsibilities and accountabilities for key program and projects

Required Skills

  • Analytical: Able to identify trends/outliers within data sets. Using knowledge of known business objectives

  • Proficient with Excel

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and businesses.

  • Lead projects, documenting projects, delivery to stakeholders, presentation skills

  • Ability to communicate and influence effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

  • Self-directed and comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

  • Able to effectively manage and prioritize competing deliverables.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and adapt quickly to new demands
