Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled AI and Machine Learning Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our AI-powered products. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining the product strategy, managing the product life cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional AI and machine learning solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for AI and machine learning products.

• Define and prioritize product features based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.

• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with company objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, and the business team, to ensure successful product development.

• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to understand technical requirements and constraints.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

• Analyze customer feedback and data to make informed product decisions.

Product Development:

• Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.

• Define and communicate product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of the latest technology in machine learning and apply this knowledge to tackle complex problems innovatively.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights.

• Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating the value proposition of AI and machine learning products to diverse audiences.

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with product development.

• Ensure strict compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Math, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree preferred.

• Proven 5-7 years of experience in product management, specifically in AI and machine learning.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear product requirements.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
