OANDA is now a major global player.</p> <p> </p> <p>Join us and<strong> act as Architect for Atlassian Suite </strong>- own road map creation and design solutions process!</p> <p>In a Corporate Information Technology Team we are responsible for providing strategy governance and support for our Atlassian stack. Our global department is divided into teams working from Cracow, Warsaw, Singapore and Toronto offices, but you, you will work from Cracow - We work in a hybrid model and we'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) minimum twice a week. Please be informed that role requires occasional weekend support on a need basis. As a Senior Atlassian Cloud Engineer you will:</p> <ul> <li>Have end to end technical ownership in terms of configuration and maintenance of the entire Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, OpsGenie, JIRA Insight, StatusPage, BitBucket, Bamboo) and its integrations to other applications using API.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve all technical issues related to Atlassian Suite components.</li> <li>Conduct training and act as Subject Matter Expert to provide advice and support to the teams and individuals on tool usage and configuration.</li> <li>Customize access using permission schemes, groups and roles.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in administering Atlassian products, incl. installations and upgrades.</li> <li>Experience in developing roadmaps for Atlassian Suite in the cloud environment.</li> <li>Ability to provide technical leadership: participate in design discussions, drive technical decisions across the organization.</li> <li>Experience in integrating Atlassian products with other systems (i.e., JellyFish, Salesforce).</li> </ul> <p>The successful applicant for this role should have expertise in developing, maintaining and supporting automation workflows in Atlassian suite and understanding of ITSM, agile Software Development and Project Management methodologies.</p> <p><strong>Following qualifications are beneficial:</strong></p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a global organization and servicing high-value/global customers in different geographical locations.</li> <li>Experience extending Atlassian products via code development</li> <li>Expertise in Jira Align implementation </li> <li>Atlassian certifications and completed an ITIL Foundation level course.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>OANDA Global Corporation is a diverse and global team with offices around the world.
