We are seeking a professional like you to join our Performance Chemicals Division supporting our Supply Chain Oilfield & Mining team at the Houston, TX site. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order to cash process, fulfillment, as well as demand activities to achieve total customer satisfaction for assigned customer portfolios. As a Customer Care Account Specialist, you will manage all sales orders for assigned customer portfolio, while demonstrating the skills and the entrepreneurial drive to help ensure order fulfillment and operational excellence.

As a Customer Care Account Specialist, You Create Chemistry By...

 

• Ensuring a high level of quality service and delivery through successfully managing complex domestic and export order-to-cash processes, expanding relationships, and leading strategic portfolio initiatives.
• Identifying and prioritizing opportunities, developing sustainable solutions, executing account plans, and effectively managing business relationships designed to champion continuous improvement and overall performance.
• Navigating complex order-to-cash processes and managing competing priorities, as well as initiating NCM’s and assisting with NCM investigations as appropriate.
• Facilitating the resolution of order exceptions and issues impacting the customer's order, you will utilize or establish
• reporting processes to identify and communicate solutions in a timely and professional manner to all stakeholders.
• Collaborating and interface with business partners and functional teams where the ability to gain cooperation is critical. You will also resolve customer concerns, as well as foster strong customer and business partner relationships, as you work closely with account management, supply chain, credit, product management, and any necessary related functional team.

If you...

 

• Have education background in Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or related field
• Possess experience in a customer service, order management, or similar role
• Possess knowledge/awareness for the Merchandise Through Process, is a plus
• Have a strong business acumen and customer care orientation
• Are analytical and have problem-solving skills
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
