Senior IT Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Partner to work closely with senior business stakeholders and ensure technology initiatives deliver tangible, measurable results.

This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, with a strong emphasis on delivery, prioritisation, and stakeholder management in a complex organisational environment.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, helping translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable technology initiatives and ensuring investment is focused on the work that delivers the greatest value. 

You will be based at our headquarters in Hørsholm in a dedicated and engaging team. 

Key responsibilities 

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Partner to act as a bridge between business teams and IT delivery functions, ensuring clarity and accountability across initiatives.

You will be the trusted strategic interface between business units and internal IT, helping shape demand. By bringing structure, insight, and pragmatism, you will guide how ideas are formed, prioritised, and delivered. 

You will also play a critical role in governance and portfolio leadership, providing clarity where there is complexity. You will ensure decision making is transparent, fact-based, and aligned with organisational priorities, enabling stakeholders to focus on initiatives that deliver tangible business value. 

In practice, this means: 

• Partnering with senior business leaders to understand strategic objectives, challenges, and growth priorities 

• Translating business ambition into clear, actionable initiatives aligned with enterprise technology strategy 

• Own initiatives end-to-end from concept through to delivery and benefits realisation 

• Act as a bridge between business teams and IT delivery functions, ensuring clarity and accountability 

• Challenging stakeholders constructively, helping them focus on value, feasibility, and long-term impact 

• Leading or driving governance forums to align priorities, investment decisions, and delivery progress 

• Orchestrating prioritisation across competing initiatives, balancing business value, risk, and capacity 

• Owning a clear portfolio view, including roadmaps, dependencies, and actual spend  

• Collaborate closely with IT and delivery teams to lead scoping activities ensuring solutions remain aligned with business needs and that clear, consistent communication is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle.
