Position Summary
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional passionate about creating efficient, collaborative workplaces? Global Real Estate and Workplace Services (GREWS) team is seeking a Workplace Manager to help support our global office experience. In this pivotal role, you’ll use data analysis and visualization to support space planning, drive process improvements, create logistics plans and make a real impact on how we shape the workplace and collocate teams to deliver for patients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project milestones and deliverables for key workplace initiatives
- Develop, implement, and maintain best-practice workspace standards
- Monitor and report on site utilization, supporting workplace optimization in NJ and internationally
- Collaborate with diverse teams to support moves and site transitions
- Use analytical tools to visualize occupancy data and drive actionable insights
- Craft and maintain polished slide decks to support meetings, project updates, and decision-making, ensuring complex information is presented clearly and concisely
- Maintain data integrity across occupancy systems, ensuring high-quality analytics for decision-making
- Lead training sessions and create materials to upskill others on workplace systems and tools
- Work side-by-side with teams in Finance, IT, Facilities, and Business Units to deliver results
- Support project planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis to enable business growth
- Help create a sense of community and purpose through thoughtful colocation and workplace design
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in occupancy/space planning, data analysis, move management, logistics, project coordination, corporate office design or related fields
- Familiarity with IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems) or similar applications
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably PowerBI or comparable data visualization tools
- Experience coordinating project tasks, analyzing data, and communicating insights
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and initiative
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $78,370 - $95,000 plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
